ACM Loft Designs can offer a comprehensive start-to-finish service, or we can help on a purely structural level if you want to take a DIY approach, allowing you to complete your loft conversion project in your own time. One part of our service that never changes is our duty of care to our clients. Each client is assisted through the whole process, from determining your initial requirements to signing off the completed Loft conversion to your satisfaction.

 

Guarantees

All of our work comes with a 10 year guarantee and 6 months free maintainance. All bathrooms suites, windows, fixtures and fittings carry their own independent manufacturers' warranties. In addition, due to our affiliation with the federation of master builders (FMB), our clients have the option to purchase an additional FMB insurance backed guarantee.
